1. How long does it take to receive my order?
  We process most orders in 1 to 2 business days.  For ground delivery, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days to receive your shipment.  Often your product will arrive much sooner, depending on your location.  We now also offer DHL 1-2 day Rush Delivery that will normally arrive in 2 to 4 business days.  CLICK HERE for 2005 Christmas Delivery cutoff dates.  PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN DEC 22 AND JAN 1 WILL BE PROCESSED ON JAN 2, 2006.
  
   
2. Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Only shipments to California pay sales tax.
  
   
3. What are the shipping charges?
  Ground Shipping is only $6.75 for orders under $45, and approximately 15% of the total for all other orders within the continental 48 US States.  1-2 Day Rush Delivery starts at $20.00 and is on average double the price of Ground Shipping.  Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will have their actual shipping costs added at the time of shipment and will be Air-Mailed at approximately double our ground shipping costs.  We do not profit off our shipping charges. In fact, we are usually paying part of the freight.
  
   
4. What is your return policy?
  All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Charge Less will replace any defective product returned within 15 days.  Due to the extra overhead, there will be a 20% restock fee charged for returns of non-defective items.  Please contact Support@ChargeLess.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  
   
5. Do your products come with a warranty/guarantee?
* Every LCD or spring - wound watch is guaranteed for 2 years.
* Every Quartz  watch is guaranteed for 1 years.
* All jewelry (except Cubic Zirconia) is guaranteed for life.
* Cubic Zirconia is guaranteed for 3 years.
* All mechanical or quartz wall clocks are guaranteed for one year.
  
   
6. How long have you been in business?
  We have been selling fabulous giftware products at reduced discount prices for over 9 years.  We take pride in both our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
  
   
7. What happens if an item is not in stock?
  Our inventory is updated several times a week.  A few very popular items may be temporarily unavailable from our warehouse until a new supply arrives.  If this situation should occur, you will be notified the date the item is expected to be restocked and may reorder. We will not process your credit card in the event that an item is out of stock.
  
   
8. Is my credit card and personal information secure?
  Shopping at ChargeLess.com is safe. Our secure-server software encrypts your credit card number so that no one else can read it.  Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

10. Do you ship to Foreign Countries, PO Boxes, APOs, etc.?
  Due to the fact that UPS and DHL will not ship to PO Boxes, we will no longer ship to Post Office Boxes.  We apologize for the inconvenience, however only the US Postal service will ship to PO Boxes and they do not provide us with the quality tracking that we require for our customers.  Likewise, we do not ship to APO (military) addresses.  We do ship to foreign countries (at actual shipment rates), but there is a minimum order of $500.
  
   
11. Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
  There is no minimum purchase for shipments to the United States.  However, due to the fact that all shipments under $45 cost the same amount, you can save on shipping if your order is at least $40.  Foreign countries have a $500 minimum order amount.
  
   
12. Do you have a catalog or reseller program?
  Yes, ChargeLess.com has several full color catalogs and a Cd-rom with pictures/descriptions mainly intended for stores and resellers.  Along with our catalogs (printed with higher retail prices), you will receive our current discount prices and additional reseller details.  In order to receive a catalog, you must order at least one item from our website and add our "Wholesale Gift Catalog & CD Reseller Package" to your shopping cart for $4.25, which ships for free.  This fee does not cover our catalog printing, cd burning, and delivery costs. We charge this nominal fee only to ensure we are dealing with seriously interested buyers since it costs us well over that amount to send and print each package.  We also offer an equivalent "CD ROM only Wholesale Catalog" that is shipped immediately with all electronic materials for $1.25 with at least one product.  Your catalogs, cd and other materials will arrive separately from your product (likely earlier) via first class mail. 13. Some items are sold in large quantities -- Can I Order Samples?
  There are a few samples available for some large quantity items.  Simply try searching for the item number with an "X" in front to see if there is a sample available.  All sample items have an X in front of their item number. If there is no corresponding item number with an X in front, then samples are not available for that item.
  
   
14. Can you explain your 110% Low Price Guarantee?
  ChargeLess.com guarantees to have the lowest prices available on the products we sell.  In the unlikely event you find a lower total (to your door) price for any item we carry, please follow these instructions after placing your order.  Within 10 days of placing your order, simply email us at Support@ChargeLess.com with your Charge Less invoice #, the competitor's website address and the competitor's phone number.  Be sure to include a description and item # for the products in question and links to the pages that have the exact same products.  We will refund you the difference plus 10% of the difference between the two prices!  Please note that you must place your order first before requesting a price reduction.  Competitor's item must be in stock and price comparison will include total to the door price including shipping, tax and any handling or membership fees.  We must be able to reach the vendor via phone in order to complete the request.  Vendor's business must reside within the United States.
Please make sure you actually compare a vendor's shipping charges to ours as there are a few unethical vendors trying to deceive customers by charging very low prices but extremely high shipping and making their profit off the shipping.  This usually ends up costing the customer much more for the total delivered to the door price.
